Cause/solution
R This feature is available between the handsets. Although the
handset displays "Intercom", this feature is not available for
single handset models.
R The number of rings decreases by 1 from the specified
number of rings in below situations:
– the first ring is turned off ("Off") (page 31)
– automated call block is set to "Block" (page 22)
– any number of rings selected for answering system
(page 48)
Cause/solution
R Change the display language (page 15).
R You cannot set eco mode when you set the repeater mode
"On". If required, set the repeater mode to "Off" (page 40).
R The maximum number of base units (4) is already registered to
the handset. Cancel unused base unit registrations from the
handset (page 39).
R The maximum number of handsets (6) is already registered to
the base unit. Cancel unused handset registrations from the
base unit (page 39).
R You entered the wrong PIN. If you forget your PIN, see "I
cannot remember the PIN." (page 53).
R Change the PIN using the following method.

R Battery charge is low. Fully charge the batteries (page 11).
R Clean the battery ends (
