9. Add a user to the "Service user" role. Alternatively, a new role can be created.

To add or remove users, right-click "Groups and users" and then click
"Edit".

To add or remove function rights, right-click "Function rights" and then click
"Edit".
10. Save changes via the "File"/"Save" menu
