Component Removal and Installation

Wiring cover
Remove the Power Cord

Disconnect the wire leads at the quick disconnect.

Remove the power cord wires from the wire retainer.

Remove the ground wire screw.

Remove the screws holding the power cord access panel to
the burner box.

Press the retaining clips on the sides of the strain relief, and
push the strain relief through the power cord access panel
as far as possible. Press on the clip at the front of the strain
relief, and push the strain relief through the power cord
access panel.
POWER CORD INSTALLATION
Install the Power Cord

Push the power cord's strain relief through the power cord
access panel.

Install the screws holding the power cord access panel to
the burner box.
3
Install the ground wire screw.
4
Place the power cord wires into the wire retainer.
5
Connect the wire leads at the quick disconnect.
REGULATOR REMOVAL
To remove the regulator for a 48" unit, first remove on the right-
hand side:

Burner pan
To remove the regulator for a 36" unit, first remove:
Flat wok grate

Remove the Regulator
TIP: A red cap on a regulator identifies it as liquid propane (LP).

Use a combination wrench to remove the regulator outlet
line from the regulator outlet.

Use a

" nut driver to remove the screws from the

regulator bracket.

Remove the regulator bracket from the unit.
4
Use two pipe wrenches to remove the regulator from the
inlet pipe.
5
Remove the regulator from the unit.
REGULATOR INSTALLATION
Install the Regulator
WARNING
Use only pipe thread compound. Do not use Teflon
tape to seal gas connections.

Use two pipe wrenches to install the regulator onto the inlet
pipe.

Place the regulator into the unit.

Place the regulator bracket into the unit.

Use a

" nut driver to install the screws into the regulator

bracket.
