Component Removal and Installation
REMOVE THE WOK ORIFICE ASSEMBLY (continued)
4 Remove the wok orifice assembly from the unit.
WOK ORIFICE ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Orifice Assembly
1 Place the wok orifice assembly over the wok elbow.
2 Tighten the set screw on the side of the wok orifice holder.
3 Connect the gas line to the wok orifice assembly.
BURNER GRATE REMOVAL
Remove the Burner Grate
Lift the burner grate from the unit.
BURNER GRATE INSTALLATION
Install the Burner Grate

Sealed Burner Rangetop with Wok Service
Place the burner grates onto the unit.
BURNER CAP REMOVAL
To remove the burner cap, first remove:
1 Burner grate
Remove the Burner Cap
Lift the burner cap from the burner assembly.
BURNER CAP INSTALLATION
Install the Burner Cap
Place the burner cap onto the burner assembly.
ISLAND TRIM REMOVAL
To remove the island trim, first remove:
1 Flat wok grate
Wok grate

Wok top plate
3
Burner grates
4
Burner caps
5
Then, uninstall the unit
Remove the Island Trim
1 Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws from the
island trim.
