Component Removal and Installation
REMOVE THE ORIFICE HOLDER (continued)
3 Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the screws holding the orifice
holder to the sealed burner bracket.

ORIFICE HOLDER INSTALLATION
Install the Orifice Holder
CAUTION
Do not over-torque brass fittings.
TIP: The 18K and 15K orifice holder appear exactly the same.
However, the screw holes on the 18K orifice holder have offsets
to prevent accidental interchange of the orifice holders.
1 Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the screws holding the orifice
holder to the sealed burner bracket.

2 Use a / " combination wrench to connect the main gas

line.

3 Use a / " combination wrench to connect the simmer gas
8
line.
ORIFICE HOLDER MOUNTING BRACKET REMOVAL
To remove the orifice holder, first remove:

4 Burner pan

Remove the Orifice Holder Mounting Bracket
1 Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the screws holding the orifice
holder mounting bracket to the burner box.

DSI BOARD COVER REMOVAL
To remove the DSI board, first remove:

Remove the Board Cover

Remove the orifice holder mounting bracket from the unit.
Place the orifice holder mounting bracket into the unit.
Use a T-15 Torx bit to install the screws holding the orifice
holder mounting bracket to the burner box.

(left-hand burner grate for 48" units)
Burner caps
Burner assemblies
Burner pan
(left-hand burner pan for 48" units)
Use a T-15 Torx bit to remove the board cover mounting
screws.
Remove the board cover from the unit.
