(Porta mento Time)
Po rtamento is an effect co mmo nly used in sing ing o r
when playing a bo wed instrument, where the so und is
carried in a co ntinuo us g lide fro m o ne no te (o r mo re)
to the next, thro ug h all the intermediate pitches.
The Po rtamento Time setting determines the time it takes
fo r the pitch to reach the subsequent no te played.
L o wer values result in a faster pitch chang e, and hig her
values result in a slo wer pitch chang e.

0 ~ 1 2 7

When the Portamento is turned off ( by the [ PORTAMENTO] switch) , " – – – " will
flash in the LCD, to indicate that the portamento function is not available for
confirmation.
LFO 1 W a v e
The L FO 1 W ave setting determines the type o f wave
fo r L FO 1 . The wave set here determines the
characteristics o f the mo dulatio n applied to the VCO
(vibrato ), VCF (wah) and VCA (tremo lo ). There are 2 1
wave types, as sho wn at rig ht and the fo llo wing pag es.
