Interpreting the HEX display

Introduction
This section describes the codes that can appear on the HEX display during
startup or normal 201i server operation.
Note: For a description of the codes that appear during startup diagnostics,
see "Startup diagnostic codes" on page 36. For a description of the startup
sequence, see "Startup sequence description" on page 40.
HEX display codes
During startup and normal 201i server operation, the HEX display on the
server faceplate displays one of the codes in the following table:

Description
The 8051 controller is starting and running
diagnostics. These diagnostics are performed
during a cold restart (when the server is powered
up, or if you press and hold the Reset button for 2
seconds on the 201i server's faceplate).

At least one diagnostic failed. The displayed error
code represents the first failed diagnostic.
