Caller ID operation

Save a caller history entry to the directory

1.
When in the caller ID history, press
to save.
SELECT. The screen displays Edit number. Use the dialing

keys to enter the number (up to 32 digits).
Press DELETE to delete a digit.
Press and hold DELETE to delete all digits.
Press /REPEAT or /SKIP to move the cursor to the left or right.

You can store the flash signal required by some special services as part
of a dialing sequence. Press FLASH and an F appears on the screen.
3. Press
SELECT to save. The screen displays Edit name. Use the

dialing keys to edit the name (up to 24 characters).
Press DELETE to delete a character.
Press and hold DELETE to delete all characters.
Press /REPEAT or /SKIP to move the cursor to the left or right.

Press 0 to add a space.
4. Press
SELECT to save. To exit without making changes, press
MENU/
CANCEL.
NOTE: You will need to change how a caller ID number is dialed if the entry does not appear
in the correct format. Caller ID numbers might appear with an area code that is not necessary
for local calls, or without a 1 that is necessary for long distance calls (see View dialing
options on the previous page for more information).

Delete entries

To delete a call history entry:
1.
When in the caller ID history, press
to delete.
2.
Press DELETE to delete the shown entry from the caller ID history.
The screen displays Deleted.
3.
To delete all caller ID history entries:
When the console is idle, press CALL HISTORY.

Press DELETE, then press

SELECT or

MENU/
