EMCY Manufacturer specific error codes of the FX
Specific error codes are expressed by five ASCII code characters. However, the lower 2 bytes of the
Manufacturer Specific Error code corresponding to Emergency Error Code "8250" uses four
hexadecimal digits instead of ASCII code.
