Removing
WARNING
Ensure joystick unit is switched off and unplugged from wheelchair before removing armrest if
•
it is intended to place the armrest more than 0.5 metre from wheel chair base.
Alternatively, remove joystick mounting arm from the armrest following instuctions in section
•
12.3 JOYSTICK MOUNTING HARDWARE before attempting to remove armrest.
1. Turn armrest removal
handwheel until loose.
2. Lift armrest up and out of the
armrest socket.
3. Repeat STEPS 1-2 for the
opposite armrest, if neces-
sary.
