Temperature and Humidity
Maintain the specified temperature and humidity even when the machine is not in use. Failure to do so may result
in malfunction.
• During operation: Temperature: 20 to 32°C (68 to 90°F), humidity: 35 to 80%RH (no condensation)
• During non-operation: Temperature: 5 to 40°C (41 to 104°F), humidity: 20 to 80%RH (no condensation)

Air Ventilation
This machine emits a small amount of volatile compounds during printing and for some time after printing, which
may cause irritation of your eyes, nose, and throat. To use this machine, make sure to install ventilating equipment
to ensure adequate ventilation.
For installation of a ventilation machine, contact your authorized Roland DG Corporation dealer.
Installation Stand
Use a stand specified by Roland DG Corporation or an installation stand that meets the following conditions.
• Material: Not resin (examples: metal and wood)
• Size: 1,250 (W) × 980 (D) × 760 (H) mm (49.3 [W] × 38.6 [D] × 30 [H] in.) or more
• Supported load weight: 118 kg (260.1 lb.) or more
Deciding On an Installation Environment
Do not install the machine at a height of
0.6 m (23.6 in.) or more above the work floor.
This machine is desktop type.
Install the machine in a location that allows
easy access to areas such as the power switch
and other controls during operation.
