5. Disconnect the left system fan FPC from the connector on the system board.
6. Lift the left fan out of the computer.

Installing the left fan

Prerequisites
If you are replacing a component, remove the existing component before performing the installation procedure.

Steps
1. Align the screw holes on the left system fan with the screw holes on the frame.
2. Replace the two screws (M2x3) to secure the system fan to the frame.
3. Connect the left system fan FPC to the connector on the system board.
4. Route the WLAN antenna cable through the routing pin on the fan case.
5. Connect the WLAN antenna to the connectors on the WLAN card.
6. Place the WLAN card bracket on the WLAN card.
