Activating function keys in idle status (only 9630, 9640)

In the idle display, various softkey functions are normally assigned to softkeys. You
can configure the phone so that your programmed first function key level is
activated by default (displayed inversely).
Press the M
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm selection.
Scroll to the Display/Acoustics menu item.
Confirm selection.
Scroll to the Function keys Off menu item.
Press the "Modify" softkey. The setting changes to Function keys On.
Confirm the setting by pressing the "Save" softkey. The new setting has been
saved.
