6.1 Introduction - troubleshooting

In this chapter, a number of messages are listed which may be shown in Automower
Access if there is a malfunction. There is a proposal action to the cause and steps to take for each message. This
chapter also presents some symptoms that can guide you if the product does not work as expected. More
suggestions for steps to take in the event of malfunction or symptoms can be found on www.husqvarna.com.
6.2 Error icons in the Automower
If an error icon is shown in the Automower

Error icon Description
The product has stopped because of an un-
expected situation.
The product has stopped because of an un-
expected behavior from the wheel motors.
The product has stopped because the loop
signal is missing.

Access display, push the STOP button to confirm the error and return to

Connect and Automower
®
Connect.
Action
Examine if the cause of the problem is obvi-
ous. For example, if the product is not in the
work area or if the product is in top of an ob-
ject (stone, branch, etc).
Restart the operation of the product.
Examine the drive wheels and remove grass
or other objects. Restart the operation of the
product. Contact your local Husqvarna repre-
sentative if the problem is frequent.
