INFORMATION
You can clear all records of department journal and all Department
codes currently registered in your machine.

Press FUNCTION, and START.

Enter the current Master code using the number keypad, then
press YES.
If you enter wrong code, CODE MISMATCH !TRY AGAIN
appears in the display. Try again with the correct code.

Press NO.

Press YES again.
The machine clears all information on the Department codes
and journal.
If the machine is in the Department control mode, the mode
will be automatically disabled.
After clearing information or if you press N O, the machine
displays the menu message shown left in Step 3.
To return to Standby mode, press STOP.
