HINWEIS
Folgende Wartungshinweise beachten:
1 Die Einstellung der Bowdenzüge muss nach den ersten
100 Schaltoperationen kontrolliert und gegebenenfalls
nachjustiert werden!

Nach je weiteren 1000 Schaltoperationen oder min. nach
jedem Jahr muss die Einstellung der Verriegelung kontrol-
liert und gegebenenfalls nachjustiert werden!
3 Bei der Kontrolle sind die Bowdenzüge auf Knick- und
Scheuerstellen, aufgespleißte Drähte der Stahlseele,
Beschädigungen der Schlauchfassungen und der Justage-
einheit (Schlauchfassung mit Einstellgewinde und Mutter)
zu überprüfen und gegebenenfalls auszuwechseln.
4 Bei erschwerten Umgebungsbedingungen, z. B. erhöhte
Umgebungstemperatur oder starkes Verschmutzungspo-
tential, müssen diese Wartungszyklen angepasst verrin-
gert werden!
5 Bei Strombahnwartung der Leistungsschalter, spätestens
nach Erreichung der maximal zulässigen elektrischen
Lastwechsel der jeweiligen Baugröße, sind die Verschleiß-
teile der Verriegelung zu wechseln. Siehe Tabelle
(Seite 19-18).

19.2.5 Schilder aktualisieren

Hinweis
Nach dem Einbau zusätzlicher Komponenten sind folgende
Angaben mit einem weißen Permanentstift bzw. mit Aufklebern
aus dem beiliegenden Etikettenbogen zu aktualisieren! Davor ist
es ggf. notwendig die zu korrigierenden Zeichen mit einem
schwarzen Permanentstift zu füllen.

Note
The following maintenance advises have to be taken into account:
1 The adjustment of the bowden cables needs to be checked
after the first 100 switching operations and has to be read-
justed if necessary!

The adjustment of the mutual interlocking device needs to
be checked and if necessary readjusted every 1000 opera-
tions or at least once every year!
3 During the inspection, the bowden cables have to be
checked against kinks and grinding points, split wires of the
steel soul, damages of the tube settings and the adjust-
ment unit (tube setting with thread and nut) and have to be
readjusted if necessary!
In addition, the movability of movable parts of the interlock-
ing device in their bearings needs to be examined.
4 At aggravated environmental conditions e.g. increased
environmental temperature or strong pollution potential the
cycles of maintenance have to be reduced!
5 When maintaining the pole assembly of the circuit-breaker,
but not later than at the maximum number of electrical
operations, the wearing parts of the interlocking device
have to be replaced. See table
19.2.5 Updating labels
Note
After installing additional components, add the following data
using a white and indelible ink pen or the appropiate label from
the set of labels supplied! If necessary the signs which have to
be corrected have to be filled a black permanent pen.
