3 Press the Line key of the incoming call to answer it. Here, it is Line 2. The V500 LCD
screen changes to indicate your selection and the call for Line 2 becomes active.
The Line 1 key flashes to indicate a call on hold while the Line 2 key shines a steady
green to indicate is currently in use.
