TR-300 PAPR Airflow Check (slide 1 of 2)
An airflow check should be conducted before each use.
1.
Ensure ball in the TR-970 airflow
indicator moves freely in its tube and
indicator moves freely in its tube and
the gasket at the bottom end of the
tube is in place. Rinsing with clean
water may help free a stuck ball.
Allow tube and ball to dry completely
prior to using.
2.
Insert the TR-970 airflow indicator into
the outlet on the TR-300 motor/blower
the o tlet on the TR 300 motor/blo er
unit. If the breathing tube is in place it
must be removed to allow the air flow
indictor to be inserted. (Figure 1)
3.
Turn the motor/blower unit on. Run
the TR-300 for 1 minute to allow the
airflow to stabilize.
