5. Remove the 4 screws (F).

6. Remove the metering cover (G), the metering
diaphragm (H) and the metering gasket (I).
7. Remove the screw (J) .
8. Remove the metering lever (K), the needle valve (L),
the metering lever pin (M), and the metering lever
spring (N).
9. Examine the metering lever and the needle valve for
wear and damages. Replace the needle valve and
metering lever if it is necessary.

10. Remove the screw (O) and the throttle valve plate

11. Remove the screw (Q) and the throttle lever (R).

12. Remove the E-clip (S) and the throttle shaft
13. Remove the screw (V) and the choke valve plate
14. Put your thumb against the hole (X) for the choke
(P).

assembly (T) together with the throttle return spring
(U).

Y
friction ball and carefully pull out the choke shaft (Y).
Note: The spring (Z) and the friction ball (AA) eject
when you pull out the choke shaft.
