If YES, perform the wiper alignment procedure as described in the
Phaser 8400/8500/8550 Color Printer Service Guide.

Some color mixing is normal following a purge. It

If YES, replace the wiper assembly. Repeat Step 6.

Is there any damage or separation on the wiper blade? If YES, replace

Check the purge pump performance.

panel and run one cleaning cycle.
