PostScript Setup Menu

Use this menu to configure settings for the PostScript driver. The printer's PS driver is used for
applications requiring PostScript. For PS driver options, see
Driver on page 66 and

Description
Turns error reporting on or off.
The default is On.
Turns the time-out off, or selects the length of time before timing out. The
default is Off.
If you interrupt a print job at the source (computer) by canceling, or the
network connection is lost and not all of the print job file gets sent to the
printer, the timeout allows the printer to stop working on the canceled job
and switch to another waiting print job.
Specifies how the printer handles tray switching if, during a print job, the
selected tray runs out of paper. Tray settings in the PostScript printer driver
can override this setting.
Specifies the default color mode:
• Color (default)
• Black
