Endorser Error
Symptom:
The problem cannot be solved with the procedures in the user's manual.
Possible Causes:
• Defective endorser unit
• Defective EDU
Procedure:
Is the endorser unit is broken?
Yes No
Is the cable between the EDU and the endorser unit or the ADU
and the EDU OK?
Yes
Replace the EDU.
Replace the endorser unit.
No
Replace the cable.
