RTD TESTING

First access Diagnostic Mode. Once in Diagnostic Mode, the RTD
temperature as read by the Oven Controller is shown in the corre-
sponding display.
NOTE: Diagnostic Mode will end 2 minutes after the last key stroke
or when the CLEAR key is pressed.

PROBE TESTING

First access Diagnostic Mode. Once in diagnostic Mode, the Probe
temperature as read by the Oven Controller is shown in the Stop
Cook digits in the corresponding display. If the Probe has not been
inserted, "0" will be shown as the Probe temperature. If the Probe
has not been completely inserted creating a short circuit of the Probe,
"998" will be shown as the Probe temperature.
