FIELD OPTION MODE
UPO (User Preference Offset)
• Press and hold the CLOCK touch pad for 5 seconds.
• Turn the knob to the left or right to increase or decrease the UPO
in 1° increments as much as ±35°.
Changing Clock to 24 Hours
• Press and hold CLOCK touch pad on display panel for 5 seconds.
• Press CLOCK touch pad to change from 24 hour to 12 hour or
vice versa.
• Press the ENTER touch pad or after short delay the clock will set
by default.
Fahrenheit to Celsius
• Press and hold the CLOCK touch pad on display panel for 5
seconds.
• Press the COOKTIME touch pad to change from °F and °C or
visa versa.
• Press the ENTER touch pad on the display panel or after short
delay °F or °C will set by default.
