Pushing or Towing the
Machine
In an emergency, you can move the machine
by actuating the bypass valve in the variable
displacement hydraulic pump, and then pushing or
towing the machine.
Important:
Do not push or tow the machine faster
than 3 to 4.8 km/h (2 to 3 mph) because internal
transmission damage may occur. The bypass
valve must be open whenever you push or tow
the machine.
1.
The bypass valve is located on top of variable
displacement pump
valve 90°, in either direction, to open and allow
oil to bypass internally.
Note:
You can now move the machine slowly
without damaging the transmission.

transmission to overheat.
Note:
Do not exceed 7 to 11 N∙m (5 to 8 ft-lb)
torque to close the valve.
