Calling the Welcome Center

DocuTech/DocuPrint 75/90 and DocuPrint 75 MX
If you are experiencing difficulty with your printer, check the
troubleshooting tips shown in
problem before contacting the Welcome Center. You might be
able to resolve the situation quickly. If the difficulty persists,
contact the Xerox Welcome Center. The Welcome Center
telephone number and other relevant information are
conveniently located on the Diagnostics window. You can display
this window by selecting Diagnostics on the System menu.
The Welcome Center will want to know the following information:
The nature of the problem
The Printer Serial Number (open the printer door, look at the
top center area of the printer, to the left of the red button)
The Fault Code if any
The name and location of your company
If the Welcome Center phone number is not displayed on the
Diagnostics window, use one of the following phone numbers:
USA - (800) 821-2797
Canada - (800) 939-3769
Europe - Local Welcome Centre
DMO - Local Welcome Center
