d) When the copyboard reaches either MS9 or MS 10 (depending on the size of paper being
used), the circuit keeping C ~1 energized is broken.
e) As the CQl circuit is broken, the C.~2 circuit is activated causing C~2 to energize.

Activation of C~2 results in the wire driving pulley turning in the opposite direction. In
this case the wire driving pulley is powered through the movement of chain "A", which
connects the return clutch sprocket to the forward clutch sprocket (see Fig. 4-127).

g) As the
copyboard returns to the "starting position", it activates MS8 which breaks the
circuit holding C ~2 energized. Thus, C ~2 stops operation.
h) The copyboard will wait until the next "start cam" signal before it begins to move for-
ward.
