d) When MS 12 is no longer actuated, the circuit to the developer supply lamp is closed and
the lamp lights. Additionally, a ground is applied to energize K9 and stop copier opera-
tion.

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ACTIONS
1)
DEVELOPING TRAY REMOVAL
Removal of the developing tray is as follows (reference -Fig. 4-47).

a) Remove the reservoir cover from the Developer Assembly.
Pulley Mounting Bracket
b) Remove the retaining ring (astrisk marked in Fig. 4-47) from each of the four (4) com-
pression spring shafts.
c)
Remove the wire retaining bracket and retaining rings from the pulley mounting bracket
shown in Fig.
4~7.
d) Disconnect the tray lowering wire at the wire mounting stud by removing the retaining
ring which secures it.
e)
Disconnect the developer tubing from the developing tray.
f)
Remove the developing tray from the reservoir cover.
