Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
Status indicator (red LED) not lit.
A side rich; lack of B side.
B side rich; lack of A side.
No temperature display (heated units
only).
Wrong temperature displayed.
Temperature displays do not match
at ambient temperature.

CAUSE
Motor Power switch off.
Loose indicator cable.
Failed control board.
A side gauge is low.
B side gauge is low.
A side gauge is low.
B side gauge is low.
Loose display cables on control
board.
Failed control board (displays get
power from control board).
Inadequate power to control board.
Loose power cable.
Motor Power switch circuit breaker
tripped.
°F/°C switch in wrong position.
Displays need calibration.
SOLUTION
Cycle the motor power off, then on to
reset breaker.
Check that cable is connected at J10
pins 1 (red) and 2 (black) on control
board. See Control Board, page 41.
Replace board. See Control Board,
page 41.
B side restriction downstream of
gauge. Check gun check valve
screen, mix module, or mix manifold
restrictor.
B side material supply problem.
Check B side inlet strainer and pump
intake valve.
A side material supply problem.
Check A side inlet strainer and pump
intake valve.
A side restriction downstream of
gauge. Check gun check valve
screen, mix module, or mix manifold
restrictor.
Check cable connections to each
display, see Control Board, page
41.
Remove access panel. Check if
board LED is lighted. If not, replace
board, see Control Board, page 41.
Check that power supply meets
requirements.
Check cable connections, see
Control Board, page 41.
Display is powered from Motor Power
circuit breaker. Cycle motor power
off, then on, to reset breaker.

Turn calibration screw on back of
displays to correct reading, see
