Disturbance
circuit breaker cannot be
closed and circuit breaker
"Ready-to-close".
"Ready-to-close" indicator:
Circuit breaker cannot be
moved from the maintenance
position into the disconnected
position
Circuit breaker cannot be
fitted in the guide rails
When racking from the discon-
nected into the test position,
the circuit breaker does not
move during the first 6 rota-
tions (approximately)
Racking handle cannot be
drawn out
Racking handle cannot be
pushed in
Cubicle door cannot be
opened (door interlock as
accessory)
Cause
1. Closing coil not energized or
incorrectly energized
2. circuit breaker in disconnected
position in guide frame
3. Auxiliary connectors have been
removed
1. Racking mechanism of breaker
not in disconnected position
(note breaker position indicator)
1. Factory mounted coding of
breaker and guide frame
doesn't match
1. Not a fault
1. Circuit breaker is closed
2. Cubicle door not completely
closed
(Locking device as accessory)
1. Racking handle is interlocked
1. Closed circuit breaker is pre-
venting opening of cubicle door

position

Only permissible if the power circuit may be interrupted!
Remedy
Check or apply correct voltage
Rack circuit breaker into test or con-
nected position
Plug in the auxiliary connectors
Rack the mechanism into discon-
nected position (green position indi-
cation)
Use breaker type according to
guide frame label
Continue racking
Press "Mechanical OFF" button and

pull racking handle block out
Close cubicle door
Rack circuit breaker into discon-
nected, test or connected position,
unlatch crank and push it fully in

Open the circuit breaker
Rack circuit breaker into test or dis-
