Start storing.
Press the [Start] key. The originals are scanned and stored in the Polling box.
NOTE
You can see a preview of the image to be stored by selecting [Preview].

To cancel a polling transmission, delete the polling transmission original saved in the polling
box. For information on how to delete the saved original, refer to the following:
Deleting Originals in a Polling Box (page 5-35)
Multi-sheet documents such as slips can be read on
the document processor whilst still bound together.
When placing a document on the document
processor, place one copy at a time.
Chooses the level of detail used for scanning
originals.
When you have scanned the original after specifying
the original size and sending size, depending on
these sizes, a margin is created at the bottom, left, or
right side of paper. By using the centering, the image
is placed with a margin equally created at each of the
page Top/Bottom and Left/Right.
Allows you to use the document processor to scan
overlength originals (documents that are long in the
feed direction).
Set a Sub-Address for the document.
Sends a notice by an e-mail when a scanning is
complete.
When reading a document from the document
processor, if the multiple feeding of documents is
detected, then the reading stops automatically.
When reading a document from the document
processor, if a stapled document is detected, then
the reading stops automatically.
When there are blank pages in a scanned document,
this function skips the blank pages and scans only
pages that are not blank.
Lower print and scan speed for quiet processing.
Select this mode when the running noise is
uncomfortable.

Description
