Answering system setup

The answerng system uses voce prompts to gude you through the steps to set
up the answerng system. Press
SET UP menu.

Set number of rings

Ths feature allows you to select the number of rngs before the answerng
system answers. You can choose from two, four or sx rngs or toll saver. Wth
toll saver actve, the answerng system answers after two rngs when there s a
new message, and after four rngs when there s no new message. To set the
number of rngs:
1. Press SET UP when n dle mode and the system announces the current
number of rngs settng.
Press /SKIP or /REPEAT untl the system announces the desred settng,

then press SET UP to save the settng and go to the next settng, or press
/PLAY/STOP to save and return to the dle mode.
