Answering system
New message indication
The message dsplay counter wll flash when there are new answerng
system messages.
If the new message alert tone s turned on, the telephone base wll beep every
ten seconds when there are unrevewed messages.
Message playback
1.
Press
/PLAY/STOP to lsten to messages.
2.
Press
/PLAY/STOP agan to stop playback.
If you have new messages watng, you wll hear only new messages (oldest
first). If there are no new messages, the system will play back all messages
(oldest first).
When playback begns, the total number of messages s announced, followed
by the day and time of the first message to be played.
Options during playback
•
Press VOL+/ VOL- to adjust the speaker volume.
Press /SKIP to skp to the next message.
•
Press /REPEAT to repeat the message currently playng. Press /REPEAT
•
twce to lsten to the prevous message.
Press X/DELETE to delete the current message. The system wll advance to
•
the next message.
