Description
A serious error occurred on a Fibre Channel Interface Board.
A serious error occurred on a RAID.
A serious error occurred on a hard disk.

A low-grade error occurred on a hard disk.
Immediate Warnings
Description/Steps to take
One or more of the disks making up a RAID could not be
confirmed, and their status is now Used. This can occur
because of FC cable or disk connection mistakes, or because
of RAID data discrepancies after disks were moved.
To release the Used status and restore the disks to Free
status, execute Release Used Drive with the Disk Utility.
RAID ID n was constructed with an older version.
You need to execute Verify System Area on the Maintenance
Menu of the Disk Utility.
