/spp/bin

In the /spp/bin directory you will find specific commands and daemons
used to manage a V-Class node. The most frequently used commands
are:
A text-based tool that can modify the reconfiguration
ccmu
parameters initialized by POST.
The command (Exemplar Scan Testing) to initiate scan
est
testing.
The command executed on the teststation to reset the
do_reset
V-Class node remotely.
The command to read the environmental status
pce_util
remotely from the Utility Board.
event_logger Responsible for logging events such as HPMC (High
Priority Machine Checks).

/spp/scripts

The /spp/scripts directory contains scripts that perform a variety of
functions.
Dump Configuration Manager.
dcm
The hard error logger, HP Machine Check (HPMC)
hard_logger
data collection script.
The console utility.
sppconsole

/spp/data

The /spp/data directory contains:
node_0.cfg
Configuration file with scan rings and configured
hardware. Built by the ccmd daemon approximately
every sixty seconds. This file describes all the ASIC
chips populated in a V-Class node and also defines the
scan rings which are used by the est (Exemplar Scan
Test) utility. This file is a very useful troubleshooting
tool for tracking scan ring failures to devices.
consolelog
A file containing all the console activity on the system.
est
The scan testing log.
