7.38 How do I display photos I take in full-screen mode?
Check that the photo resolution is set to an appropriate value before you take photos so that
they can be displayed in full-screen mode after shooting.
To set the photo resolution, touch
change the resolution value.
7.39 What can I do if the photos I take are blurred and
dark?
1.
Check that the camera lens is clean. If not, wipe it with a cleaning cloth and shoot again.
2.
If you take photos before the camera completes focusing, the photos will be blurred. The
focusing time is about 1.5 seconds. Please wait until the camera completes focusing.
3.
Take photos in a well-lit environment.
4.
Select a shooting mode suitable for the shooting scene and adjust the camera parameters
to obtain optimal photo clarity.

If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support or take your phone to an
authorized Huawei service center.
7.40 How do I adjust the size of the photos I take?
1.
The photo size is related to the resolution that your phone's camera supports. The higher
the resolution, the larger the photo size.

On the viewfinder, touch
value.
3.
Go to Photos or start a third-party photo edit application, open a photo that you have
taken, and trim the photo to change its size.
7.41 What can I do if there is no sound when I view an
online video?
1.
Check that the media volume of your phone is not muted. Press the volume up button to
increase the volume.
2.
Check whether the volume of the video client is muted. If yes, cancel the mute settings.
3.
Reinstall the video client.
4.
Open the video on another phone to check whether the video is problematic.
5.
Open another video to check whether the video player is problematic.
6.
Reset your phone and try again.
If the problem persists, contact Huawei technical support or take your phone to an authorized
Huawei service center.
