You can also access the phone using the owner password. Go to Settings > Security >
Fingerprint > Screen lock and check all the fingerprints registered in owner mode and
visitor mode.

6.27 How do I disable fingerprint unlocking?
Go to Settings, then select Security > Screen lock, enter your password and follow the
onscreen instructions. Select another unlock method to disable fingerprint unlocking.
6.28 What happens to my fingerprint data when I restore
factory settings?
If you have two operating systems installed, your fingerprint data will only be deleted on the
system that you delete or restore to factory settings. Fingerprint data on the other system will
not be affected. If you have one operating system, all your fingerprint data will be deleted.
