9.11 What can I do if I hear static during phone calls in
handsfree mode?

When you make phone calls, don't place the speaker too close to your ear.

Try playing music in speaker mode. If the problem persists, take your phone to a service
center for assistance.
9.12 Why can't I create a contact photo?
Temporarily, creating photos for contacts in the SIM card is not supported. You can
synchronize the contacts in your SIM card to your phone and then create photos for the
contacts.
9.13 How many contacts can be saved in my phone?
No less than 2000 contacts. The number of contacts that can be saved in a SIM card depends
on the SIM card.
9.14 Why does the screen stay off after I move my phone
away from my ear?
Your phone has a proximity sensor that's installed near the receiver.
During a call, if you place the phone near your ear or use another object to block the upper
part of the screen, the phone automatically turns the screen off to prevent unintentional use of
the phone. When the phone is moved away from the object blocking the sensor, the phone
automatically turns the screen back on.
If the screen is still off after you move your phone away from your ear, press the power button
to turn the screen back on and make sure the upper part of the screen is not blocked by
another object.
Don't block the area around the earpiece with the phone cover or other objects. When you attach a
screen protector to the screen, make sure it doesn't block the proximity sensor. It is recommended that
you use a screen protector designed for your phone.
9.15 How do I erase the call history?
1. Erasing the whole call history:
Open the dialer app, touch the call history icon, and touch View full call history > Menu >
Clear call history.
