VARIABLE GEOMETRY DIFFUSER (VGD) 1 CALIBRATION SCREEN

This screen allows calibration of compressor 1 Vari-
able Geometry Diffuser position potentiometer.
Requires a login access level of SER-
VICE. Service technicians refer to YORK
Service Manual 160.69-M1 for opera-
tion instructions and explanation of all
programmable setpoints and displayed
values.
Display Only
Diffuser Gap Open (LED)
Illuminates when an open signal is being applied to the
VGD.
Diffuser Gap Closed (LED)
Illuminates when a close signal is being applied to the
VGD.
Variable Geometry Diffuser Position Sensor Volt-
age
Displays the VGD position potentiometer feedback
voltage.

Calibration In Progress (LED)
Illuminates when a calibration sequence is in progress.
Calibration Messages
These are text messages which step the user through
the calibration process and indicate its success or fail-
ure.
Programmable
Start Calibration
Initiates the calibration start. Service Technicians refer
to YORK Service Manual 160.69-M1 for calibration
procedure.
Cancel Calibration
Cancels a calibration sequence that is in progress.
Service Technicians refer to YORK Service Manual
160.69-M1 for calibration procedure.
NAVIGATION
Home
Access Level Required: SERVICE
Causes an instant return to the Home Screen.
VGD 1
Access Level Required: SERVICE
Moves to the VGD 1 subscreen that allows viewing of
the VGD 1 parameters.
