Alarm The power supply shut down temporarily during operation or the power supply phase waveform
Logic was abnormal.
Possible
Power supply failure or abnormal power supply phase waveform
Causes
Trouble Check the power supply equipment and provide the correct power supply (power supply phase
Shooting waveform).
Unit stops once and restarts after 3 minutes standby. (Retry 9 times)
Continue operation if correct power supply is provided in that time.
Controller In the case of a temporary power supply shut down) E707 Restart after 3 minutes of standby ×
Action 9 retries. Then, restart after 4 hours of standby.
In the case of an abnormal power supply phase waveform) E707 is generated 2 times → F703
unit stop.

CPU onboard battery is drained due to salt water or moisture
