Exporting the Avaya IX
Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click
• On the web interface, click Make your Call.
2. Click Export Contacts.
Result

Avaya IX CU360 generates an LDAP directory file in the LDAP Data Interchange Format.
Next steps
Save the LDAP directory file on your computer.

Importing the Avaya IX

Procedure
1. Do one of the following:
• On the endpoint main menu, click
• On the web interface, click Make your Call.
2. Click Choose File
3. Click Import Contacts.
