C.4 Action commands
Action commands are used to perform actions on the modem such as entering low power mode,
rebooting, checking for updates, clearing usage, and so forth.
deep sleep
Puts the modem into low power mode. Modem will not respond across the cellular network.
wakeup
Brings the modem fully back online. Usually done on a schedule after a deep sleep command
has been issued.
reset module
Resets the cellular chipset only.
reboot
Forces the modem to reboot.
refresh network
Forces the modem to refresh its connection to the cellular network. Useful for when the network
goes stale (long periods of inactivity).
check update
Starts the process that checks for both a new CELL200 series OS, and module firmware.
start modupdate
Starts the module firmware update in the device. This is an over the air update.
start osupdate
Starts the CELL200 series operating system update process.
clear usage
Resets the usage counts in the modem.
clear logs
Resets all the logs in the modem.
