5. Set both a "Silence Support Lever" and "Silence Lever" with its Extension Spring

When setting the Silence Support Lever in place, hook the end of
P O I N T
the Torsion Bar Hopper onto the projection on the Silence Support
Lever. Furthermore, if you would like the parts to remain in this
condition even when they are let go, you can manually change the
relative positions of the Silence Lever and Silence Cam to achieve
this.

Disassembly
Insert a nail into the hole at the top of the Silence Cam, and then while inserting
the end of the nail into the hole in the arc of the Spur Gear 28.8, move the Silence
Cam to the specified position.

Remove the two nails, and then check that the two alignment holes are exactly
aligned.
Install the tension spring and the silence cam lever while referring to the
disassembly procedure (Refer to Section 4.2.14).
