    When done, your list of selected photos is displayed. (If you’ve selected four or more photos, use the button to scroll up and view the rest of them.) Use the button to highlight Close, then press Your photos are selected for printing. Be sure to select your paper type and layout options before printing.

  • Page 11 Cropping and Adjusting Images You can adjust the image quality of your photos, and even crop them so you print only a part of each image. You can apply these settings to all your photos, or just to selected photos. Note: Additional photo editing features are available.
  • Page 12 To print only a portion of your image, highlight Crop then press Select. Choose from 18 different cropping options—for example, Upper Left 1.2 prints only the upper-left area. (Upper Left 1.5 prints a smaller portion of the image.) Your cropped image is automatically resized to fit the paper size and layout you select. Note: If you’re using the optional preview monitor, you see a yellow border around the cropped area.

    Loading Roll Paper Load the roll paper onto the holders. Make sure the paper is cut straight across. Slide the holders into the slots as shown. Feed the end of the paper into the printer as far as it will go, then slide the left edge guide against the paper. Note: Make sure the end of the paper is not curled, or it won’t feed properly.

    Removing Roll Paper From the Printer When you’re done printing, press the Tip: Your printer has a built-in cutter to make roll paper printing quick and easy. For details, see Printer Basics. Press the roll paper button and hold it down for about three seconds. The paper feeds all the way back and an error message appears.
