Gently stir-frying vegetables, e.g. leeks, sliced mushrooms,
green/red peppers, onion rings, etc.
Gently frying eggs, fish, meat, sausages, escalopes, vegetables
bacon
Frying meat, fish, hash browns, potato cakes
Frying steak, pancakes, marinated meat
These settings should only be taken as a guide. Times will vary according to the
type, texture and thickness of the food being cooked.
