Cleaning and care
Do not use a steam cleaning appliance to clean this appliance.
The steam could reach electrical components and cause a short cir-
cuit.
If the Tepan plate is built in over a pyrolytic oven, it should not be
used whilst the pyrolytic cleaning process is being carried out, as
this could trigger the overheating protection mechanism on the Te-
pan plate (see relevant section).
