CHARGING BATTERIES

First connect the USB cable at the bottom of the handheld transmitter. Then, to charge the batteries, connect the USB
cable to a USB interface (e.g. PC) or plug the adapter supplied with the device into a socket. The battery charging status
appears in the display on the top right during charging:
Display Description
The batteries are fully charged (100%).
The battery power is almost depleted, the device may turn itself off at any time (< 5%)
The handheld transmitter is connected to the power supply via USB, the battery is being charged.
NOTE: The battery charging status will be displayed in the on-state and power-saving mode. The charging cycles depend
on how often and how long you use your handheld transmitter.

DEEP DISCHARGE OF THE BATTERY

Once you have connected the USB cable to charge the batteries, a deep discharge of the batteries is taking place if no
image appears on the display after the background lighting has been switched on. A specific charging procedure must
then be carried out to charge the batteries (e.g. if the handheld transmitter has been stored for a long period):
First, remove the batteries from the handheld transmitter. The USB cable is then connected for charging. The discharged
batteries are then inserted into the battery compartment. The charging process will now begin.
