EPLACEMENT OF THE BURNER DOOR GASKET
If any part of a gasket has a discolored, changed texture, has been hardened, the rubber has cured and/or has
damages, these gaskets must be replaced. Note: only use gaskets that are supplied by the boiler manufacturer.
Burner door gasket replacement:

Remove the old gasket
•
Place a new gasket in its groove.
•
Respect the mounting direction.
•
Reassembling of the burner door set on the heat exchanger according to §19.4.3 point 5

IBER BRAID REPLACEMENT
If the high temp braided rope is damaged and needs to be changed, it has to be replaced by new braids using
the method described below. The high temp braided rope is maintained by silicone glue.
•
Remove electrodes.
•
Remove the braids by sliding a thin tool under
the periphery to loosen the braids and remove it.
•
Remove and clean the residues of the braids and
the silicone glue.

Put a thin string of glue silicone temperature-
resistant in the seal housing. (Loctite 5366 or
Ottoseal S17)
