Using the telephone via the Bluetooth

To delete an entry: select F in the menu
bar and press W briefly (single numbers) or
hold down (for an entire numerical
sequence).
To make entries on the mobile phone: if
®
the Bluetooth
connection is successful, you
will be requested to enter the passcode
(access code, passkey) (see mobile phone
operating instructions).

Enter the same passcode in the mobile
phone that you entered in Audio 20.

It is possible that, after entering the pass-
code on your mobile phone, you may have
to confirm it. Please check your mobile
phone display. "MB Bluetooth" should
appear in the mobile phone's Bluetooth
list.
If the Audio 20 display shows the Author‐
isation procedure unsuccessful mes-
sage, you may have exceeded the prescri-
bed time period. Repeat the procedure if
necessary.
The mobile phone has been authorised by
Audio 20. You can now use the vehicle's
hands-free system to make calls.
External authorisation
If Audio 20 is unable to detect your mobile
phone, this may be due to the security set-
tings on your mobile phone. In this case,
please check to see whether your mobile
phone can find the Audio 20 system. The
®
Bluetooth
device name of Audio 20 is "MB-
Bluetooth".

Start the Bluetooth
phone (see the mobile phone operating

mobile phone.

When requested to do so, enter the pass-
code first in the Audio 20 system and then
on the mobile phone (

Connecting another mobile phone
If you have authorised more than one mobile
phone, you can switch between the individual
phones.

You can only switch to another authorised
phone if you are not currently making a call.

Select TelephoneQBluetooth tele‐
phones.

Select your mobile phone from the list.

Press W.
If the selected mobile phone is within Blue-

tooth
range and Bluetooth
a search is started and the phone is con-
nected.
Only one mobile phone can be connected
at a time. The telephone connected cur-
rently is identified in the telephone list by
the # dot preceding it.
Displaying details
For every mobile phone in the telephone list,
there is a detailed view.

select OptionsQDetails.
