The passcode is any number containing
between one and sixteen digits which you can
set yourself. You need to enter the same
passcode in Audio 20 and the Bluetooth
ephone you wish to authorise (see mobile
phone operating instructions).

Some Bluetooth
telephones require the
passcode to be of a certain minimum
length. It is recommended to use at least
four digits for the passkey.
To make entries via Audio 20: to enter the
passcode in Audio 20, you can use the num-
ber keypad or select the desired digits in
sequence from the menu bar. After entering
the passcode, you must re-establish the con-
nection to Audio 20 on some mobile phones
(see mobile phone operating instructions).
Otherwise, the mobile phone cannot be
authorised.
Via the menu bar using the controller:
X
To enter: turn cVd or slide XVY until the
desired number is highlighted, and then
press W.
Repeat this procedure to select all the
required digits in sequence from the menu
bar.

To confirm: select ¬ in the menu bar.
Using the phone keypad (on the control
panel):
X
To enter: select the digits one by one.
X
To confirm: press the 6 or z but-
ton.
